Once item is dispatched, you will receive a notification mail from ebay with the carrier we used and Tracking number. If you encounter any problem with regards to delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve your concern.

If you choose Australia Post Express Post, your order will be processed within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. If your postcode is listed in the table below, the expected delivery time is the next business day after dispatch (ie. The day after your parcel leaves our warehouse). If your postcode is notincluded, we will use an alternative postal service such as Fastway, Couriers Please or eParcel, whichever will deliver quickest to your postcode. This will usually take a few days longer.

The Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes.

Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address.

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.

Changed Mind return , item must be returned in saleable condition with origianl package and all accessories.
